New Parking Permits for 2023/24
New Parking Permits for 2023/24, together with an updated Copenhagen Gardens Vehicle Code, will be available for collection from 33A Copenhagen Gardens on the following dates and times:
- Saturday 9th September: 10am to 12pm
- Monday 11th September: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
- Wednesday 13th September: 7.30pm to 8.30pm
We recommend you collect your permits even if you don't own a vehicle, as they enable your visitors to park in Copenhagen Gardens.
Please do take the time to read the Vehicle Code as it contains important information, some of it new for this year.
To be eligible to collect the two permits per property, your 2023 Service Charge payments must be paid up to date. If this is not the case, please contact Helen Webb at Fairoak Estate Management to arrange payment. She can be contacted via email at hw@fairoakestate.co.uk or call 0203 078 9824
If you are unable to collect your permits in person or you are renting your property to tenants, please ensure that the person collecting them has a note or email from you confirming that they have your permission to do so.
If you are renting your property, please ask your landlord for a note or email confirming that you can collect these.
These permits have a monetary value and the fee for a replacement is £50.
